You can see it in the picture you posted, the last picture, right in the middle of the screen. Is held down with 2 tamper-proof screws, those need to be removed, I usually used a small chisel to try turning them counter-clockwise. The new tower will come with a pair of new tamper-proof screws, and also a new ball you are supposed to drive in to the hole on top of the tower. If the car is running good you can skip adjusting it, or you can have the mixture checked after installing the new tower but before installing the ball. I will see if I can find the part online at this site.
