I just read that I'm supposed to be able to lock the by turning the keys from outside whether it is from the intended driver door or the passenger door. So the issue is not related to it being a Japan version car.

Right now, i could only lock all doors from the front passenger (right) door. could anyone tell me, is this an electrical issue or a vacuum issue?
