I wonder is some electrical parts cleaner would clean the switch, or it may just be worn out.

I looked in Pelican, the AZ site, and finally a search on Google for the 240 Blower switch. found then from $31 to $45 on Amazon.

Pelican didn`t show the switch, but when I sourced the MB part# it is shown as a special order for $33.25.

The MB part# 123-820-07-10 and World pack# W0133-1610082.

I found this from the dealer in South Atlanta. and shows an exploded diagram.
I know there is a part# for that fragile front piece but didn`t find it.

Iam wondering if a thin piece of aluminum could be made the same with holes etc... as the plastic piece?

HEATING/AIR-CONDITIONER OPERATING UNIT. Fits: Mercedes | Mercedes-Benz of South Atlanta

Hope this helps.
