Years ago our '87 300E had a fan bearing problem in Eastern Washington State. We ended up in Wenatchee needing a Benz mechanic (and parts). The phone book showed nothing. In fact there wasn't a mention of any "foreign" car garages. On a hunch I called one of the Big Three dealers, asked for the service manager and explained my predicament. He immediately recommended a shop close to our motel. We called and they had Benz Seattle UPS over the necessary parts and we were on our way in 2 days. Great professional shop with good results.
