Great find! You should not have to change the headliner and the mounting points for the seat and cargo cover should already be there. Both of these were dealer installable options. In fact, I retrofitted the cargo cover to my 1990 300TE per MB instructions which said to poke a hole in the head liner in a certain way. I'll see if I can dig up the instructions for you.

You might want to also grab the rear shocks and N2 spheres as those are gastly expensive if you have to buy them, but PNP yards don't know that. Also, grab the third brake light housing if you didn't brake it removing the back inside trim. How are the prices there anyway?
