X2, sound like a GP or 2 are marginal or not working. the best way to test besides the DVM, is to remove them and add voltage to see how hot the ends (Red) get. Even if they glow red and the ends are a darker color, toss them.

Use Anti-Seiz on the threads when replacing them back into the Head.

Caution: They do get Hot and will Burn you.
