How long have you been on this forum? Yes, there are fuel treatments that kill algae and the remains are burn with fuel as I recall. If this is your daily driver and you go thru diesel and buy quality fuel, you probably don't have an algae issue.

Anything in particular hints that you might have algae in your fuel tank???
