Can't find who and where asked for the A/C pressure numbers. But I have them!
Low side: 30 p.s.i.
High side about 225 p.s.i. without an industrial fan on the condenser
High side with industrial fan is about 180 p.s.i.
Sight glass shows foaming at idle but higher up only occasionally
Therefore, the auxiliary fan should come on, right?
Found out the heat issue was the heater monovalve not shutting off the heater core! Get vent temperatures over 140*F!
Tried re-blocking it but apparently didn't do it right. With the air cleaner out of the way it was easy. With it blocked was getting vent temperatures in the mid fifties. So, how do I eliminate the heater? I was thinking a bolt in the hose that comes out of the block?
To top it off, now have the opposite issue: compressor doesn't shut off. Could this be due to Klima relay bypassed?
