I can tell you one in particular that will run circles around a diesel and get fantastic mileage and that is the BMW 328i. Those are quick little cars. |
That's actually my other car. Only a little more bhp (240 in the 328 vs. 200 in the GLK) but again, the diesel has way more torque and gets better gas mileage (the 328 claims 30's, but I've only seen high 20's). Obviously I'm not driving the GLK for sport like I am the 328, but It's pretty damn good for a grocery-getter and for hauling our pups.
