I have a European model 450SLC motor from a car with the following vin# 10702412011000. This is a D-jet car with mechanical lifters and EFI

These motors are hotter then the US versions and make 225hp over the 190hp that the US cars produce.

I got the car as part of a package deal with a 6.9 that I bought and parted it out. The motor does turn, but I have not heard it running. The PO indicated that the car did run, but rats got into the wiring.

I thought I would keep it and may be use it if a W108 comes up, but that's not going to happen as I already have too much crap and too many cars. I'd like to get $500 for it. It's complete minus the manifolds and distributor.

Inspections are welcome, and I'd prefer someone who is local to DFW to come and get it as it's going to be expensive to ship.

If I don't get any takers by mid July, I will tear it down and sell it for parts.
