Wowza and wowza again ...

Being a Roman Catholic, I am pretty sure that I and the 1.2 billion of us, give or take, consider ourselves Christians. Plus, Roman Catholicism is the oldest surviving organized Christian religion out there with the largest membership currently and throughout history. It is also one of the oldest survivng insitutions in western culture. From a strictly Roman Catholic perspective, as prescribed by the Church, Roman Catholiscm is the Only One, True Church. So, us Catholics share the same perspective that Martureo does relative to the primacy of his faith. After all, all Roman Catholics are Christians but not all Christians are Roman Catholics. Further, there is only One Church, and the remainder are denominations if one wants to pursue the argument.

Personally, I really don't get that wrapped around the axle regarding the primacy issue. We are brothers and sisters in Christ. Those who feel compelled to make this a major issue, I suggest their best audience will most likely be in their own church.
