The fan is very easy to get at in the 126.First remove the lower dash panel(the screws are behind a plastic cover in the change holder).The lower cover(black plastic above the passengers foot)should pull out with it.Now you should be looking at part of the heater box.On the bottom (above passengers foot)you will see a metal can,that is the blower motor.There are 3 or four small bolts holding the assembly in.
