I don't fly on business because I am retired, but when I did I always used one of our jets. I have never dealt with the TSA myself, so I don't feel qualified to speak about their shortcomings.

It appears that only some airports have removed the Skycaps. For what reason, who knows? They have been replaced by ultra rude security guards who get off telling you to move your car right this minute or they will have it towed. If you find yourself in the unenviable position of taking an elderly person to the airport, they will have to wrestle their luggage themselves because if you try to help them with their bags your car will get towed.
