its a 1998 s 320 now I am worried that someone was in the engine and set the chain up adjuster incorrect , I read about it last night and it looks like this is possible to do if ur not experienced in setting up the timing marks dial pins on the adjuster cam gear ... wha oh ... code p0341 cam timing out of range performance ...... help thanks
