Isopropyl alcohol = Dry Gas ( sold in cold climates to absorb moisture in gasoline so it does not freeze in fuel filters. )

You can get the rubbing kind in varying purities, with 91% being the highest common on the shelf strength. It can probably be gotten in higher strengths from a chem company.

In any event Iso is a pretty weak solvent so I doubt it would do much for cleaning.
