I did this on my 84 300D. You need a good spring compressor. I used a cheap one that bolts on the outside of the spring, which was a little squirrelly, so backed up with a chain. One that installs inside the spring is better (have one now). The bushing itself just pulls out by hand, unlike my Mopars that require taking the control arms to a press. I don't know if 95 300D's are similar.
