Never said anything of the sort. I really don't know what TM did, aside from walking back to the house where he was staying with his iced tea and skittles.
He may have viciously attacked the Zim, in which case he was wrong and got what he deserved.
Zim could have started in on him and had to shoot after realizing he bit off more than he could chew...
