1995 E300D Drivers window wont all the way up. Once it gets within 3 inches there is a shuttering noise. I attempted to search for any answer and was surprised that in the 15 minutes I was looking was unable to find one.

Wife is tired of sitting on a wet seat especially with how much rain Upstate NY has gotten!
