Just a thought.... I had an oil
analysis done for my car (300D)
at the AAA car Club. $25
This gave me a clue about the insides of the
engine with respect to wear, contaminants,
metal particles etc. It's an easy way to
assess one aspect of the engine !
Plus you have some preface data
in mind should anything else come up
or be offered to you as a recommended
'to do'.
