Is that what really happened (does evidence support that) or is that what You think/guess Happened.
I am trying to think why a Man would go to the Store be walking Home with the stuff He bought at the Store and then for no reason turn on someone and attack them.
T knew He was being followed and said that on the Cell Phone; that is evidence. Guessing: If He did attack Z it seems likely it was because Z was acting suspicious by following T.
That still means Z's actions were the cause of the Incident.
What ever Z was driving it was noticed by T that He was being followed. Then the Z gets out of the Vehicle and still appears to be following T.
If the above happened to Me I would also be worried the Guy was getting out of the Car to do something to Me.
