Sure I deduct it -- it doesn't mean I'll fix it unless I need it -- I'd rather use it as a negotiating point and pocket the doubt. Same as I wouldn't pay to have a third nipple reattached if it somehow got cut off (not to imply that I have a supernumerary mammary appendage, of course).
