any agreement which automatically requires that you do not have legal representation or the right to have legal representation examine a binding document is automatically a terrible idea for her to sign.
Despite the standard "i hate lawyers" mindset, there are things in a document that a lawyer will pick up that joe public like myself will not. Ive been saved by good legal advice several times before now, and I think that would act as a huge warning sign that they specifically don't want her to show a lawyer.
I say do it anyway, if she has a copy, she should take it by her own lawyer and get his opinion on it.
