I once accidentally discovered that 87 octane gasoline tastes like cheap saki.

I run Shell Rotella T6 in my bike and my car. Compared to Motul 10W-40, I get a little bit smoother shifts with the Rotella in the bike. The car gets it since it doesn't have a block heater and it gets below zero here sometimes.
