Are you sure its from the TC and not the pan. The tranny fluid pan has a gasket and you will find some horror stories about them leaking on this forum.
I too think it might be the TC drain plug just coming off completely. or its really loose. Check that plug by having someone maually turn the engine while you guide them to the point where you can clearly see the TC drain plug.
I hope its the plug this will be a cheap and fast fix.
You might have to put the front end on the ramps.
