I think various solutions have been offered on this forum --- heavy duty degreaser, biodiesel, handheld propane torch, power washer.

The last one I cleaned, I used various scrapers to get the heavy stuff off, then a degreaser, then a power washer, then more degreaser, then pulled small towels thru it followed by the power washer again. I still didn't get it all out.
