Plenty of people sell food stamps at less than fifty cents on the dollar for cash. I also was told by a co-worker that he was in line at the grocery store and the person in front of him had some food for his pet and would not be allowed to use the card for that, so they ran to the meat case and added some ground beef to his check out, and stated dog will eat good tonight.
