And Snowden the national hero (I mean that with no sarcasm or humor) has opened up the door for a lot of people and organizations seek an injunction in a public court AND have standing to do so. Every day, more dirt comes out; seems like he's spawned a spate of smaller, more focused leakers.

Hope he'll have a chance to return home to a parade down 5th Avenue in 10 years after America comes to its senses.
