And Snowden the national hero (I mean that with no sarcasm or humor) has opened up the door for a lot of people and organizations seek an injunction in a public court AND have standing to do so. Every day, more dirt comes out; seems like he's spawned a spate of smaller, more focused leakers.

BTW - how come you're OK with this, but freak out about public health care/insurance and the power THAT gives government? Hypocrite much, or are you just arguing to argue?
