Hard to tell, but I've seen worse than this back on the road!
Damage behind the suspension towers doesn't seem bad. Even if the chassis is twisted, it can be straightened on a jig.
Working with brand new parts at dealer labour rates make make it uneconomic. Using good used parts and non-franchise labour can change the the equation.
I had a friend who made a living reshelling Mercs. He did most of his business subcontracting for a franchised dealer.
