Turned out to be the fuel filters. Ran some checks before heading to the parts store w/the Alda over boost disconnected (just in case) and the problem remained. After changing filters I'm back at 0 to 60 in 14:46 seconds and no fuel starvation.

Still plan to clean the tank filter along with buying a spare set of filters to keep in the boot.
