The Duke lacrosse case was unbelievable. That prosecutor (now and ex-prosecutor) is a sociopath.
Did the Delay prosecutor abuse his power? The (Republican) Texas Court of Appeals says that the prosecutor is wrong on the law, but that's a far cry from the Duke lacrosse case. Is there more to the Delay case than the opinion lets on?
