When I was in high school (2002) I had the opportunity to buy a 69 camaro for $1500. Parents wouldn't loan me the money since I had just bought a car a month earlier. My friend bought it for that and sold it for $24,000. Unrestored slant 6 but 17k original miles. I've had a soft spot ever since. that's the one that got away for me.
