They did finally elect enough Republican Judges for DeLay to take his case to court and stop trying to postpone it. Conservatives know the Judges threw the case for one of their own and are celebrating their takeover of the Court system in Texas.
This is major league stuff, and trying to pretend it does not exist will only make it worse.

Yeah, my family lives in TX and has been there since before the Texas Revolution. I was Spanish before Mexican was cool. I own property in TX, I pay taxes in TX. Most of my family lives in TX. I visit TX many times per year.
