They did finally elect enough Republican Judges for DeLay to take his case to court and stop trying to postpone it. Conservatives know the Judges threw the case for one of their own and are celebrating their takeover of the Court system in Texas.
This is major league stuff, and trying to pretend it does not exist will only make it worse.

So if those of us who are not from Texas stop talking about it, does that mean that you'll confine your comments only to things that are wholly within its borders? If you have a thought or opinion on anything else, clearly it can't be meaningful outside of Texas...
