I did not take the time to read all of the Posts.
The HOA has rules and you should read them to find out what the Guard is allowed to do.

At the next HOA meeting simply bring the Subject up that you don't want the Guard coming on to your Property.
If they say there is nothing you can do about it; then you are stuck. But, it is more likely they will instruct the Guard to stay away.
