And the Paint Job is almost done !
The paint job has turned into a little more than a swap of fenders and hood. No pictures yet of the painted hood. The hood was pretty much flawless, just wrong color. LOL. This is the hood used for the mold to make a carbon fiber hood. That's most likely a 2014 project at this point. Right now, looking to get the body into perfect 100% condition by Thanksgiving, then I am shooting for rapidly wrapping up the major projects before Christmas, e.g, Electric Water Pump, Vacuum Pump Delete, Soundproofing, Interior - Carpet, et cet.

Also, the jackpoints were a total surprise. A little digging around and the metal was pretty much shot around the steel tube part. Inside was a new surprise. About a baseball sized piece of bondo, or a collection of pieces which was about the size of a baseball. Here's the patch panel. Right now, both sides are done and about perfect. Got some nice black textured stuff from 3M. Supposedly used on European cars. Hopefully, it will be done next week.
