I quit for a year then went back, nto because I needed a cigarette, but because I let my stress get to me.

The best thing I can say to do is to keep yourself busy doing other things.

I did it cold turkey, woke up one morning and just said thats enough, and all was well.

The first couple of weeks are hard if you let youself think about smoking. I kept myself busy, and was able to let go.

I hate the fact that I went back to smoking, rather than start back up, I should have worked on relieving my stress.
