If nothing else it shows how ill-prepared, or inept, the DC police and Secret Service are when it comes to dealing with threats. Imagine if the driver was hell-bent on causing serious harm and mass casualties. Our politicians are "lucky" it was only an unarmed mother with a baby in the car. Thankfully the baby survived.
