I still really enjoy mine...no batter issues at all. But, then again, I use the charging pad and it's always sitting on it when not in use. I rigged up a small convertor and added a charging pad to the Tahoe arm rest, since that is where it resides when not in my hand on our monthly trips. Again, flawless phone, IMHO
However, it really depends on what you use the phone for...for some, this thing is awesome. Those are generally people who need the phones for work, and use Windows exclusively on their computers.
Others that love Macs, and Apple products in general, won't like them
Droid users are generally the younger crowd that like to play a lot of games and such, instead of using it for what it was originally designed for...a replacement for the PDA, flip phone, etc...so they won't switch, either.
Since the push of the latest Apple OS, there have been a number of people switching to the Window's phones...whodathunkit?
