I have a '95 E300 Diesel
The transmission seems to have a hard time shifting into reverse.
I put it in reverse and push the accelerator and it feels like is doesn't want to go anywhere.
I checked the oil it is burnt and black in color.
All the other gears work fine.
Should I change the oil or is it time for a rebuild?
