Of course the motorcycle group would probably default on the rent and the resultant property damage should be covered by insurance.

Still got to be easier on the head than high endless lawyers billings. I can hide behind our charter of rights that basically states discrimination of any form is illegal. This of course would only be used in a totally unreasonable situation.
