I work there. The parts are left out in the yard to go bad. They buy from the Chinese at 1/10 of what they charge. If you ever saw the warehouse or the parking lot you would die. The owner laughs at stupid americans and Europeans for buying his crap and he knows it.
The real names of the company are Eurostar and Euorasiana, located in Norwalk CT and an empty office in Port Chester, NY. The stuff is crap and that Indian is laughing all the way to the bank and sending the money to Dubai.
You would not believe the crap they send out to EBAY customers. Most are defective returns.

I ordered a bunch of parts from P**formance P**ducts and have been shipped mostly crappy products from Hamburg-Technic (sorry, sponsors, this was before I joined the list...)
The latest bad part appears to be the front bearings. Since I couldn't torque down the clamping nut enough to restrict rotor movement, I disassembled the wheel assembly and measured it compared the new bearing to the old one. The old one is a Koyo, made in Japan and has an overall height of 18.6 mm. The new one from Hamburg-Technic has an overall height of 19.4 mm and has an overall "less-finished" appearance.
Other parts I have had to return:
Guide rod mount kit - Hamburg-Technic, no point of origin - rubber bushings were mis-cut, bolts were two different sizes and did not fit into either my old M-B original guide rods, nor the new (but curiously also defective) Febi-Bilstein made in India guide rods, the self-locking nuts were also different sizes.
Guide rods - Febi-Bilstein, made in India - bolt holes were too small for either the "new" Hamburg-Technic bolts or the old M-B original bolts. And yes, there's a note in the service manual about version 1 guide rods using an M10 bolt and later versions using an M12 bolt, so it is possible that it's correctly manufactured to the incorrect specification.
Don't take my word for it, look at the pictures.
