meh,

ive used uhaul at least a hundred times at this point because of work needs, and I have my own irritated stories, but for the most part, its not that bad. Id say 9 times out of 10 its a good experience, and when its not, the most common problem is delay or compatability issues. Other than that, ive only had a few tires blow, wiring issues, so on.

my biggest complaint was renting a pickup and trailer, finding that both weren't at the same location, and finding that the second uhaul location couldn't interface uhaul equipment with uhaul equipment. Was annoying, and wasted over 5 hours, but ultimately they made good with me.

decent company otherwise, the trailer choices are really what draws me. they have an excellent trailer selection for a variety of jobs. 3/4 of my rentals are trailers

EDIT-
move like 50 times, hundred is way too many.
