might have been closer to legal if they towed one of these contraptions behind the uhaul to pull the 5th wheel, and had someone drive the pickup. (assuming it could be driven)
I saw one of these once, and the owner was all about it, but since then ive read some pretty poor reviews. Still makes it nearly impossible to reverse with the 5th wheel, but probably would be a decent straight ahead tow behind the box truck
