I can't be so sure about all of that.
It is a carb'd engine, so pretty straightforward in that aspect. Also its a 5-speed...so I guess I could theoretically shift really fast
Though I do agree, it could be set to American specs. It was only imported in 2010, and has only done 2k miles on US roads. Most of its time was on the Autobahn.
