I feel for Bohol, which is a province recently ravaged by a 7-something magnitude quake. Folks there are still recovering and here comes the strongest typhoon, to hit Bohol dead on. Almost all several hundred year old churches back there crumbled due to the quake, one or two of those I visited when I last came over.
Fortunately Metro Manila won't be in the cross hairs but will still receive Signal No 3 levels. Those in the path of the storm are level 4.
At least for a typhoon you get to have a chance to prepare. Earthquakes suddenly arrive with little to no warning. But still, the floods are deadly.
