I'm JUST finishing up my #22 head install. You're going to want to make sure you remove the vacuum pump, which means a new vacuum pump gasket. Also, you'll need to remove the intake-crossover gasket, so a new one will be needed. I decided to replace my water pump since everything else was off and my cooling system was compromised from the head gasket leak. I did order a head gasket from PeachParts, and an exhaust gasket - only to find that the head gasket came with an exhaust and intake gasket included in the package! So, I'd call them first to make sure of what is included (although I have two 300TD's, so spare gaskets won't be wasted here).
