With timing of lower end at tdc, set cam ears up position on cylinder 1, use the smaller holes to line up with flat part of head, and make sure adjustable intake cam sprocket is rotated to the right before setting chain on gear,then set timing , then install tensioner and reset tensioner before installing and crank engine around by hand to check that you did it correctly.
