I routinely do what I call vehicle survey.
A typical survey takes 1 - 5 hours, and generates 150 - 1500 pictures with at least 1 - 5 pages of notes.

I have frequently been informed that the notes are redundant, due to the mass of pictures.

Several times, the prospective buyer insisted on buying a "specific" low cost digital camera, and had me ship it to them when the survey was completed.
