I have the same car (black/black) in our fleet with 142K. My kids call it "Smooth". It's a pleasure to drive and returns 27 MPG average city/hwy. I've seen as high as 31 mpg on a long trip which I find amazing.

The headliner sag is common... been there. Make sure who ever you get to redo it is familiar with the W210. The headliner board is tricky and you must use the proper material on the sliding roof. Expect to replace the sliding roof vents as they usually break upon removal.

Go easy on the rear windows as the regulators are prone to fail.
