Camshafts nos. 70/71 are effectively the same profile as 08/09, but advanced by 6 degrees, so yes, they may be used in the 5.0L.

I am not familiar with 20/21 codes. Is the 2 clear, possible 7?
Perhaps someone else has a table of cams that includes 20/21.
